Alternatively directions to the cottage are as follows;

 Coming from London and South Wales along the M4 

Leave motorway at junction 47

At the roundabout leave via second exit,A483 signposted to 'Swansea/Gower'

After 2 miles at the next roundabout leave via second exit, A484 signposted to 'Llanelli/Gower/Gowerton'

After 1 mile at the next roundabout leave via second exit,you may now see views of the sea and Gower in the distance

At the next roundabout leave at first exit, B4296 signposted to Gowerton. You pass a Harvester Restaurant on your right after 200 yards.

After 1/2 mile turn right at the traffic lights B4295 signposted Llanrhidian. You travel approx 8 miles on this road through Penclawdd,Crofty and Llanmorlais with the estuary on your right.

Eventually you come to Llanrhidian and turn a sharp left at the garage on to B4271.

After c 1 mile and crossing a cattle grid turn right on to road signposted to Reynoldston/Port Eynon/Rhossili.

After 2 miles you drop down in to Reynoldston.

Turn right as soon as you pass the village sign, signposted to Fairyhill/Burry Green/Llangennith.

After 250 yards turn left at the Post Office down the hill.

Blackheath Cottage is 150 yards down the hill on your right.There is a name plate on the stone wall. You can park on the road.

Note we request you keep the front gate closed as the sheep come off the hill and can seriously molest the garden
