View down from Cefn Bryn which is the highest spot on Gower overlooking the village of Reynoldston
BEDS AND BEDDING: There are 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people.The front room overlooks a field and village stream which runs down from Cefn Bryn,and has a 4ft double and 3 ft single bed. The back bedroom which overlooks Rhossilli Down to the west,has a king size double bed. Both bedrooms have pine furniture with plenty of storage, bedside cabinets and lights for a relaxing end to the day. Cotton bed linen is provided and there is a hair dryer and radio.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has beautiful travatine tiling with a powerful electric shower, over an extra large steel enamelled bath with chrome victorian mixer set, an Edwardian style chrome framed sink with period chrome taps.Light a candle in there and have a relaxing bath.A full set of hand and bath towels are provided for all guests.
KITCHEN:The kitchen is galley-shaped and well appointed with all appliances including coffee-maker and toaster, built in fridge and freezer, wine chill cabinet, with plenty of room for many bottles of holiday wine and champagne! There is a 6 burner Caple gas stove with separate oven/grill,microwave and a range of quality pots and pans.The kitchen has an automatic washing machine,tumble drier and dish washer
DINING AREA: The conservatory/dining room has a glazed lantern roof and French doors to garden.There is a pine table with chairs for 6 to dine,plus 2 armchairs where you can relax and enjoy the Gower skies and sunsets . The book case has a micro hi-fi centre with docking-port so you can enjoy your own music from either an MP3 or iPod.
SITTING ROOM:This room is cosy in all seasons with 2 sofas and an armchair.There is a stone fireplace with a multifuel burner although with the central heating this is rarely needed.The TV has all digital channels with Sky TV(sports channels and movies), a DVD player with a selection of movies for all ages.For alternative entertainment there are a number of board games for the young and the not so young.

HEATING. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the cottage as well as a log burner with many local wood suppliers
GARDEN: The front garden has a small patio and wooden bench to sit and read or enjoy watching the sheep,cattle and horses wander up and down the lane. You can also hear the stream thats run off the hill above.The garden is secure and the lane very quiet. We do ask guests to keep the gate closed otherwise the sheep quickly come in to graze the lawn and plants.The back garden is lawned and secure with a patio area just outside and a table and chairs as well as sun loungers.
Reynoldston is a working village with plenty of local characters and events,there is a post office/shop with all essentials just up the lane and a local pub with great food just a short walk around the corner (www kingarthurhotel.co.uk)
